VPL is growing rapidly, resulting in a higher number of new employees than was initially projected. The company needed to expand its headquarters quickly to meet the rising demand from customers.

VPL is investing more than $2.5 million to expand its headquarters in Columbus and invest in talent. Talent has been a large asset to VLP’s operations since 2011 when it was founded, and it plans to hire from Ohio’s highly skilled workforce as it grows.
