Company Need:

With a workforce distributed across North America that has grown by more than 700 percent in the past six years, Traction on Demand started its Dayton operations with just seven employees. The company needed to scale operations to keep pace with the rapid growth and adoption of the Salesforce platform. As a result, the company sought to expand its consulting and technology implementation services.

Qualified, talented employees are also essential to Traction on Demand. The company is seeking tech talent that fits its needs and culture.

Why Ohio?

With support from the state of Ohio, the Dayton Development Coalition and JobsOhio, Traction on Demand will launch its newest office in Dayton. The new office will enable the company to expand its footprint in Dayton and build capacity to better serve both commercial and nonprofit organizations.

Dayton’s skilled talent pool, including an existing number of Salesforce consultants and developers, along with the community’s willingness to support incoming businesses made the city an attractive hub for operations.

Traction on Demand’s relationship with the Dayton community began in 2012 when it partnered on a digital transformation project with Dayton-based Standard Register, now called Taylor Communications. Recognized in April 2019 as the “Best Workplace in Canada,” the company is excited to bring more Daytonians onboard in its Dayton office and grow an amazing company and community.

Testimonial:

“The demand for Salesforce consultants, administrators, developers and experts will continue to increase as the market adopts the CRM platform. Dayton has proven to be a community rich with talented individuals, both with the skills needed and the appetite to further develop their expertise. We’re excited to support the region economically with more skilled jobs that will help individuals build long-lasting careers.” – Mike Epner, president of services, Traction on Demand
