“Having founded multiple companies in Ohio, I know there is no better place to build an enterprise software company than right here. To that end, Cerkl has seen unprecedented demand from companies looking for more effective ways to communicate and engage their people. We’re excited to partner with JobsOhio, REDI Cincinnati, and the city of Blue Ash to help us keep up with demand, attract talent and continue to grow in Ohio.”

Why Ohio?

125 new jobs and $9.45MM in new payroll over the next three years. Cerkl coordinates with businesses to provide personalized communications for a modern workforce through its Broadcast platform, meeting companies’ demands to engage their employees through everyone’s preferred method of communication. COVID-19 and the impact of the pandemic altered traditional business operations, resulting in a hybrid workforce and the need to emphasize employee communication. With Cerkl already uniquely positioned to fill this need, the company has experienced hyper-growth and now requires additional resources across all aspects of the business to meet the demand and expand its impact.

Ohio’s world-class universities, community colleges, trade schools, and workforce training programs complement the Midwest work ethic of Ohioans, along with its unique partnerships and apprenticeship strategies. The resulting Ohio workforce is educated, committed, skilled and productive. Ohioans can meet the needs of a variety of employers, including advanced manufacturers, technology services firms, and healthcare providers. Through Ohio’s talent pipeline, the workforce is able to meet the demands of today and is prepared for the needs of the future.
