The JobsOhio Workforce and Talent Acquisition Services program (TAS) has been developed to identify a company’s talent challenges and build sustainable talent strategies that provide support at every stage of the candidate journey. Two programs created to support this initiative are Find Your Ohio and Ohio to Work.

Find Your Ohio is a program that connects you to incredible Ohio-based job opportunities, so you can build a better life. The mission of the program is to attract in-demand talent to ideal careers in Ohio by connecting them to open, relevant positions with Ohio companies. Often this requires re-education and skill development, therefore we’ve partnered with various resources to provide these resources to the community.

Ohio To Work partner organizations help unemployed and underemployed workers find jobs fast with a mix of job training, tools, and resources. The program supports equity and inclusion by focusing on diverse workers and has brought together state and local workforce partners committed to providing you access to life-changing career resources.

JobsOhio supports equal opportunity employment and education resources to help Ohioans return to work and restore stability to our local economy. Explore our workforce development resources and stay current on our expanding workforce solutions.
