The Winchester Industrial Park in Southeast Ohio’s Adams County has primarily been used for agricultural purposes but has the potential to be a viable site for corporate investment. With the support of a $4.2 million grant from the JobsOhio-Ohio Southeast Site Initiative, infrastructure improvements will be made to the site, improving its attractiveness to businesses.
The city of Kettering will consider an economic incentive grant for the modernization of a 140,000 square foot office building at 1900 Founders Drive. With the help of funding from the Ohio Site Inventory Program, the renovation work would help bring the building back up to Class A office space.
