The small business in Southeast Ohio will construct a new building, invest in a commercial roaster, and build a commercial kitchen for food production. The new operation will enable the company to supply business customers such as restaurants, groceries, and other coffee shops in multiple states.
The JobsOhio Inclusion Grant supported the growth of 16 companies in Southwest Ohio, which created 90 jobs and retained 317 existing jobs. The grant provides financial support for projects in designated distressed communities and/or for businesses owned by underrepresented populations across the state.

With the support of a JobsOhio Grant, the investment will add new jobs and give the company additional opportunities to expand its business.
Southern Ohio Communication Services, Inc is a last-mile internet service provider that brings high-speed internet access to rural Ohio. With the help of a JobsOhio Inclusion Grant, the company can expand its operations to provide high-speed internet to more residential and business customers in southern Ohio.
Seven companies within Northwest Ohio’s Allen County announced expansions made possible with the assistance of a JobsOhio Inclusion Grant. The grant provides financial support for projects in designated distressed communities and/or for businesses owned by underrepresented populations across the state.
Ballreich Snack Food Company will expand its 100-year-old business in Northwest Ohio and purchase new machinery and equipment with a JobsOhio Inclusion Grant.
Golden Protective Services sells and distributes gloves and other hygiene products primarily to restaurants, grocers and convenience store chains. The company will be able to move to a larger facility and purchase machinery with the support of a JobsOhio Inclusion Grant.
OCECO, a fabricator of high-quality safety equipment for flammable liquid storage and wastewater gas disposal systems, will make upgrades to its machinery and equipment over that will support increased sales and employment with the help of a JobsOhio Inclusion Grant.
Circle M Farms Feed & Supply plans to construct a new food processing facility with the support of a JobsOhio Inclusion Grant (JOIG). The JOIG is open to businesses located within distressed areas in Ohio or businesses with majority owners who are veterans, disabled or an underrepresented race or gender.
While many small businesses across the nation have suffered during the COVID-19 pandemic, the female-owned Patter Fam Sauces has experienced ongoing growth. Support from the JobsOhio Inclusion Grant will allow the company to meet increased demand for its homemade products and services.
