Why Ohio?

Tyler will expand its Moraine, Ohio, building by 45,000 square feet, bringing the building’s total square footage to 85,000.

Tyler’s building expansion has been supported by a network of local and state organizations, including JobsOhio, the state of Ohio, Montgomery County, the city of Moraine, and Kettering City Schools. Tyler remains committed to the Dayton/Moraine area, and the support of these entities allow the company to continue investing locally.

Tyler has been a contributor to an integral part of the Dayton area economy, first as the Cole-Layer-Trumble Company founded in 1938, and later as part of Tyler Technologies. Over the past few years, Tyler has modernized the entire office space to create a positive work environment for employees and to attract leading technology talent in the greater Dayton area for software development, support and implementation positions.

Tyler also has a strong relationship with the Dayton community and participates in several charitable events that align with Tyler’s vision to support vibrant, healthy communities.
