So, it’s important that our teams have an environment where they can thrive and do their best work. ” – Shannon Skaggs, President, Quantum Health

Why Ohio?

Quantum plans to expand in Dublin, near Columbus, and buy an adjacent 200,000 square foot building to its site. The company credits available, quality talent as a key element in its expansion strategy.

Ohio’s healthcare industry has a growing talent pool of about 80,000 bioscience employees, excluding healthcare providers. Colleges and universities in the state add to the large talent pool, graduating more than 11,000 bioscience students annually.

The new campus-style location will add to the company’s culture, bolstering employee collaboration and efficiency while continuing to accommodate its long-term growth. The company’s investment will be used to purchase and renovate the new facility.

With 1,400 team members, Quantum Health is one of Dublin’s five largest employers and is making a positive economic impact by investing in and revitalizing an under-utilized commercial campus, by bringing high-paying permanent jobs and temporary construction jobs to the community, and by increasing corporate tax revenue to the city, county, and state.
